Hussnan started the company in 2007 after graduating from the University of Surrey. Being young and full of energy he launched Maritime Properties as the new age of Estate Agents, with the light to develop the business further. With a property portfolio of his own and a development portfolio, Hussnan has a wealth of experience from all angles of the property field, ranging from finance, lettings, sales, acquisitions and developments.

Mitul graduated from Kingston University having gained a BA degree in Business Management achieving an upper second class honours (2:1). With years of experience in both retail and owning his own successful company, Mitul is a partner at Maritime Properties.

Abdul Lettings Manager abdul@maritime-properties.co.uk

One of the earliest members of the team and as our current Lettings Manager, Abdul has been providing a professional and ethical service to all clientele making sure that all matters in regards to lettings run smoothly. He was awarded the Negotiator of the Year at the 2008 Property Awards. An avid Manchester United fan (please don’t hold that against him), he enjoys football, cricket and snooker. According to him, a tenancy is only complete when all parties are a 100% satisfied and all matters are ethically settled.

Jay is an energetic and enthusiastic member of our team that is also specialising in the East of London.  Striving to make sure that all clients are satisfied with the properties presented to them and that all requirements are met. A cheerful person who sets himself a high standard in the gym with regards to his fitness, he makes sure he puts the same effort in maintaining a high standard at the office as well as everything he does

George is the manager of our property maintenance team, who is on call 24 hours a day. Who will ensure tenants and landlords peace of mind when renting a property via us. George has many years of experience in the property maintenance field. He looks over all the work done by plumbers, electricians and carpenters. So for any emergencies or problems that may occur in your property George is always available to resolve the problems to hand in the least time possible.

Daniel is one of the hardest working members of our team, he is our specialist professional cleaner. Who deals with all the end of tenancy cleans, and also washes carpets where necessary. For the more fine properties with preserved and original wooden flooring, Daniel also has years of experience in re-furbishing these floors to make them return to their original glory. He also takes care of all of the estates which we manage from communal hall ways to communal gardens and parking areas.
